Focused on teaching fundamental skills and fostering a lifelong love of the game, MLS GO is Major League Soccer’s recreational youth program, and now athletes in Pre-K through 4th grade can experience it at M:7 Sports Pittsburgh! 

It’s a great way for your child to learn the game and have fun while sporting the jerseys of their favorite MLS Teams like Inter Miami, Columbus Crew, FC Dallas and Philadelphia Union. Each participant receives a full kit (jersey, shorts, and socks)!

Teams will practice once per week (5–6PM, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday additional time) and play once per week, either Saturday or Sunday. Additional game days and times may be added based on sign-ups.

With the help of Shawn Smith of Beadling West, volunteer coaches will be provided with practice plans and best practices. Must submit clearance with MLS GO.

Participants are required to wear soccer cleats and shinguards. 

Players will be divided into the following grade groups (birthday ranges based on U.S. Soccer): 

Minis (Grades Pre-K & K): 
August 1, 2020–July 31, 2022

Juniors (Grades 1 & 2): 
August 1, 2018–July 31, 2020

Youth (Grades 3 & 4): 
August 1, 2016–July 31, 2018
