Experience a one-night-only culinary event uniting 4 chefs for an immersive unlimited omakase tasting, designed to showcase technique, creativity, and premium Japanese ingredients.
The evening theme opens with a live whole bluefin tuna cutting, followed by freshly prepared bluefin sushi served directly to guests. Throughout the night, attendees will enjoy a rotating selection of handcrafted sushi, sashimi, and exclusive chef-driven creations, prepared live and served continuously from dedicated chef stations. Dishes will be served throughout the event, allowing guests to enjoy tastings at their own pace.
Followed by a live samurai combat performance by DOT, an elite samurai combat duo delivering cinematic, real-world sword fighting inspired by traditional techniques. To elevate the experience further, an unlimited sake tasting station will be available throughout the evening, provided by COAM Beverage
Beyond bluefin specialties, guests will experience a carefully curated lineup of premium seafood, including salmon, scallops, oysters, appetizers, and seasonal chef-inspired dishes—crafted exclusively for this event. Guests are invited to move freely through the space, engaging directly with chefs as dishes are prepared fresh, capturing the energy, artistry, and spontaneity of true omakase dining.
This first-of-its-kind collaboration brings together multiple chefs, premium ingredients, unlimited tastings, and live cultural performances—elements rarely found in a single dining experience.
