After a successful pop-up in Nhulunbuy with 57 tickets sold, it's time to get down in Alice Springs. My name is Milly and I run dance fitness classes based in Darwin. The Jungle Body combines easy to learn dance moves with fitness concepts to create a workout which doesn't feel like a work-out. No dance experience is necessary.

Jungle Body is a dance based fitness class which incorporates easy to learn dance moves with fitness concepts to create a fun and exciting workout. Our Alice Springs pop-up is your opportunity to get low to some of your favourite tracks while working up a sweat.

All you need to bring is a towel and drink bottle, and dress in comfortable activewear.
