This practice includes 1hour of seated practice and 1 hour of deep exploration where we break down each technique and explore the intention, energetic quality, and subtle awareness behind it. This approach allows you not only to experience the practice, but to truly understand it—so that, if you wish, you can confidently take it on as a personal 21-day sadhana. ******************************************************************* About your host Paulina from Breathe Connect Heal Paulina is intuitive, channel, approved shamanic practitioner, 500 h Himalayan Kundalini Yoga and Vedic mediation teacher. She started her spiritual journey through Kundalini breathwork practices and Vedic meditation in India in 2019. Completing her shamanic practitioner training back in Australia (of almost 2 years), she dived even deeper into her shadows and awakening, allowing and learning to be a hollow bone for the spirit to come through. Paulina lived in Uluru for about 2 years, powerful sacred site, portal of light where she learnt from Aboriginal Traditional Healers, the sacred land and dived deep in exploring her Pleadian heritage. Paulina then moved to Alice Springs, where she continues to grow through waves of life, energy alignment practices, her own intuitive guidance and her spirit guides. She creates a safe container and is deeply drawn to helping those who are feeling alone to become empowered, inspired and healed through the practice of inner work.
