- **Event Description**: On this occasion, we are excited to explore in our practice an added dimension to our personal journeying into each of our own inner-landscape of our body-mind-spirit, by offering the opportunity for you to also experience a contemplative walk in the stone labyrinth space that exists at Campfire in the Heart. 

This Sunday 8th June, 9:00 to 11:30 AM.
147 Ragonesi Rd, Ross.
Please be punctual and aware that we will commence breathing together at 9:15 am.

For those who may be new to this practice, we gather and begin by doing some guided cycles of breathing meditation together, (led by playing some audio of Wim Hof).

The space and safety of this transformative experience are respectfully held and supported by the group. This practice provides a direct and effective platform for strengthening and expanding one's mental, physical, and emotional health and resilience. 

Before or after the ice bath, participants are invited to walk contemplatively through the labyrinth, as a chance to move quietly and mindfully, and open a space of deep listening / dadirri / observation, and / or to set an intention for your practice on this fine Sunday morning. 

Please ensure you contribute $10 to cover the ice cost in the basket or via online deposit, and if you wish to eat together afterward, bring some food to share.

If you are inviting any newcomers verbally rather than with this email invitation, please make them aware that there is a requested contribution of $10 to be deposited in the woven basket or otherwise through an online deposit.

Please also note that due to the significant number of us embracing this practice, we are capping the number of participants each week. So, if you arrive a bit late and see a "Sorry Full" sign at the entrance; you can take it as an opportunity to do something different with your Sunday morning. 
   
Also, please feel free to share the invitation with others who may enjoy and benefit from this mindfulness practice.

I hope you can come and enjoy collectively growing your own health and resilience, and our shared joy and resilience as a community together; .. breathing, moving mindfully through and into a contemplative space,  and bathing in ice again! ?
