You can turn around at Geoff Moss Bridge or continue to the railway tracks from Telegraph Station

In the lead-up to The West Macs Monster, we are putting on a social series of training on trails to help people prepare for the 25k. Please join as well if you want to up your trail ante or want to get out and be social. Please keep in mind that a good level of fitness is required. This is open to ASRWC members and Non-members. For any attendees under 16, please reach beforehand so we can ensure your safety and wellbeing. Australian Athletics recommends that participants running the 10k distance should be 12 and above.


These are social runs, so feel free to run/hike for as long as you're comfortable, be that further or less. Just sing out so we don't worry about you!!

What do I bring? To start with, a head torch!! 1 litre of water, a snake bite bandage and some basic first aid to deal with blisters and grazes. This list will grow as we progress and reflect the WMM mandatory equipment.
