During this Ortho-Bionomy 2 day workshop you will:
* Develop an understanding of the spinal curves and practice skills for working with spinal patterns such as scoliosis and kyphosis.
* Discuss and gain practical experience in releasing areas of body tension as well as integrating posture & post techniques into an Ortho-Bionomy practice.
* See how posture work and post techniques leads to self-care exercises.
* Learn to evaluate and address inefficient postural habits.

ALL ARE WELCOME: no pre-requisites.
As you do not need to complete the full Ortho-Bionomy Practitioner Course to benefit from learning and using these gentle and effective techniques for personal care or to practice for your family and friends.
