I know that there’s numbers to call for Mental Health but to be totally honest that may work for some but not for others. � So I’m hoping to try this route out to see if LITH has women who understand these types of frustrations and who work hard and also need to get out and just be with other ladies after a hard and rough week at the office! 
Life sucks sometimes and we are always told to have a work life balance so here I am reaching out.
