✨ Join Kristi and I  on Sunday, March 1rst, for an afternoon of calm, connection, and renewal.

- Gentle supported poses using the hammock-style (yogigym)
- Release tension and decompress the spine & body
- Relieve stress and calm your nervous system
– Reconnect with inner peace and harmony
– Restorative sound healing of crystal bowls to soothe the mind and uplift the spirit
