Serenity Wellness Centre presents A bit of Self Love, in collaboration with Consider It Managed and 9D Breathwork.

Settle into a suspended cocoon and let breath, sound, and subconscious coaching guide you through a Journey held with journaling before and after. This isn't about pushing harder or fixing yourself. It's an invitation to come home to who you already are, releasing the self doubt that keeps you small and stepping into the truth that you were always enough.

Two ways to join:

🌿 Standalone Session: $77 (1:30pm to 3:30pm)
The full 9D Breathwork Journey, Self Mastery & Enoughness, led by Josephine Ethier of Consider It Managed. Begin with guided journaling to arrive fully present, move through the breathwork itself as a doorway out of your head and into your body, then close with journaling again to witness what shifted.

🌿 Full Day Experience: $142 (9am to 5pm)
Meditation, suspension yoga, the 9D Breathwork Journey, hot tub, sauna, and dock relaxation. A full day given to yourself, held and supported by Serenity Wellness. Let the release from the breathwork open into a slower unfolding for the rest of the day.

This is for you if you're tired of proving yourself, ready to quiet the inner critic, and craving a return to self trust that doesn't depend on anyone else's approval.
