Join us for Solstice Glow, a nourishing afternoon of yoga, ritual, and creativity to honour the Winter Solstice – a powerful turning point in the cycle of the seasons.

🌙 What’s Included:

Slow Flow Yoga to ground, warm the body, and stoke your inner fire.

Yin Yoga for deep release and reflection in stillness.

Lantern Making – craft your own light lantern as a symbol of hope, renewal, and the return of the sun.

Solstice Rituals to let go of the old and set fresh intentions.

Festive Treats – mince pies and mulled wine to close our day together.

This retreat is open to all — no yoga experience needed. Come as you are and leave with a sense of inner glow to carry into the months ahead.
