Discover what truly sets chocolates apart - from the depth of 53% to the intensity of 68% cocoa - and learn how milk, white, and dark chocolate each develop their distinctive flavour profiles.

Then it’s time to create.

You’ll be guided through the art of crafting a silky, glossy ganache, blending fine chocolate with cream and fruit purées. From there, roll up your sleeves and handcraft your own selection of decadent truffles, coating and finishing them to perfection.

Your creations will be beautifully boxed for you to take home.

This is a fully immersive, tactile experience - expect melted chocolate, messy hands, and plenty of taste-testing along the way.
