• To raise awareness of food hygiene and safety.
• To develop skills, techniques and confidence.
• Be able to compare the taste and appearance of home-made to shop bought.
There are no exams or formal assessments.
Your tutor will give you feedback during the course and you will be able to self-assess. Work outside of sessions: This is not required, though we hope you will want to put what you have learned into practice. Additional costs and what to prepare: This course is offered free of charge but there will be costs for ingredients.
