- **Event Description**: NY requires this 18-hour course before you can apply for your pistol permit. 16 hours of hands-on classroom education and training, plus 2 full hours of range time. Students shoot over 200 rounds during this course, develop basic muscle memory for proper pistol draw from a concealed holster, and meals are provided. 

All for only $250 for the entire weekend. No other training course in NY is even close! 

SCHEDULE: Friday 5pm-10pm Basic Pistol; Saturday 8am-8pm NY Law, Suicide Prevention, CCW training; Sunday (2 hours) range qualifications. POST-CLASS opportunities! Advanced training is available for course graduates. Real Steel skills and battle courses are designed to test your basic skills and make them permanent skills, plus add new skills to prepare you for real-world encounters. 

Train under stress so you can operate effectively under real-world stress. Your instructor is a retired police officer with 25 years of experience, a national-level competition shooter, and has taught pistol and rifle since 2022.
