A Sound Bath can be used as a self-care tool when one feels tired, depleted, or when you need some nurturance: it promotes healing from stress disorders, pain, depression and creates a perfect state for deep meditation, creative thinking and enhances awareness of the mind/body connection.

In the Sound Bath we use specialist instruments like Crystal and Himalayan  singing bowls, drum, voice and chimes which are played in therapeutic ways, combined with deep self-reflection techniques to improve health and wellbeing.

Please bring a mat / blanket and pillow.
