SOUND BATH IN BANCHORY - Banchory Guide Lodge

It is scientifically proven that to experience a Sound Bath with all the healing and mesmerising sounds washing over you, brings inner peace; it can slow heart rate and lower blood pressure and soothes a nervous system…. Our bodies can totally relax and our mind can let go of the outside world.

A Sound Bath can be used as a self-care tool when one feels tired, depleted, or when you need some nurturance: it promotes healing from stress disorders, pain, depression and creates a perfect state for deep meditation, creative thinking and enhances awareness of the mind/body connection.

In the Sound Bath we use specialist instruments like Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, drum, voice and chimes which are played in therapeutic ways, combined with deep self-reflection techniques to improve health and wellbeing.
