Open Your Mind!

Two hour workshop with Mind/Body Specialist, Pauline Kidd, to figure out why your mind works the way it does - and start to do something about it. Open to anyone who wants to take control of the way their mind works. Followed by a lovely wee LFK Special soup and sandwich lunch. Total cost including lunch, £32.
