Workshop spaces are limited - please pre-register for your preferred topics, drop-in spaces may be available on the day dependent on capacity.Cookery Demonstrations:Hosted in the Campus Community Room by Freda Burnett of the Grampian Health and Social Care Partnership.Two sessions will be held:10:30am – 12:00pm1:15pm – 2:45pmThe focus will be on Confidence to Cook and healthy eating on a budget, using ingredients people may receive from the pantry or food banks. I’ll also cover simple swaps, healthier alternatives, and general healthy eating tips.The North team has created YouTube videos demonstrating four meals, including the ingredients needed and step‑by‑step instructions.
