- **Event Description**: Explore and learn about the beautiful butterflies found on Muir of Dinnet National Nature Reserve.

Join Nature Reserve staff on a guided butterfly walk. We will be spotting butterflies and hopefully catching some to get a closer look at identifying features.

This is a family friendly event and great for all ages. Any persons under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The walk will be approximately 4 km on a well maintained paths. Please wear sturdy footwear and dress appropriately. Butterflies are dependent on certain weather conditions for flight, so the event may be cancelled if there is unsuitable weather but all efforts will be made to inform attendees in advance.

Parking is available at Burn O'Vat Visitor Centre, but please be aware that it can be extremely busy on nice weather days, so parking can be limited. Alternative parking can be found at Clarack Car Park and the Car Park at Dinnet village but be aware that both then require a walk to the visitor centre.
