• يسمح بالمشاركة في المهرجان لطلاب وخريجي الأقسام المتخصصة في علوم المسرح بالجامعات والمعاهد المتخصصة من: أقسام المسرح، بكليات الآداب. - كليات الفنون الجميلة. - كليات التربية النوعية. - كليات التربية للطفولة المبكرة. - الكليات والمعاهد المناظرة التي تقوم بتدريس المسرح أو ما يرتبط به من فنون مثل: الموسيقى والفنون التشكيلية وغيرهم من الفنون التعبيرية.
• يسمح بمشاركة عناصر من خارج المؤسسات التعليمية لجميع عناصر العرض ماعدا التمثيل والإخراج.
شروط المشاركة
• تعقد المشاهدات بعد غلق باب التقديم للعروض كاملة: بمشاهدات حية بالموسيقى، مع اسكتشات الديكور والملابس - أو من خلال لينك على شبكة الانترنت للعروض التي سبق تقديمها بالفعل. 
• زمن العرض في محور العروض الطويلة من 45 دقيقة إلى 75 دقيقة.
• زمن العرض في محور العروض القصيرة من 10دقيقة إلى 30 دقيقة
• يمكن تقديم عروض مشتركة بين أكثر من جهة أكاديمية: وتكون الجهة الرئيسية هي المؤسسة التعليمية التي ينتمي إليها المخرج ونصف عدد الممثلين على الأقل. 
• تلتزم الفرق بتقديم ملف بالمتطلبات التقنية للعرض المسرحي قبل شهر من بداية المهرجان على الأقل
• تلتزم الفرق المقبولة بتقديم ملف يشتمل على السيرة الذاتية للفرقة وللمخرج، مدعماً بالصور والإعلانات والملصقات وبامفلت العرض قبل شهر من بداية المهرجان على الأقل.
• تتحمل الفرق المشاركة من خارج جمهورية مصر العربية نفقات السفر الدولي من دولتها إلى الإسكندرية وبالعكس.
• يتحمل المهرجان الإقامة والإعاشة والانتقالات داخل الإسكندرية للعروض المشاركة من خارج جمهورية مصر العربية 
• المشاركين من خارج الإسكندرية: لا يتحمل المهرجان تكاليف الإقامة والإعاشة للمشاهدات أو العرض في المهرجان، ويمكن المساعدة في توفير الإقامة بأسعار جماعية مخفضة.
• تلتزم الفرق بإخطار إدارة المهرجان - قبل بداية المهرجان بشهرين على الأقل - بأسماء أعضاء الوفد المشارك ويحدد قرين كل اسم الوظيفة التي يقوم بها العضو في العرض. 
• يغلق باب التقدم للمشاركة في المهرجان في 30/04/2025

Participation Guidelines:
• The festival is open to students and graduates of specialized theater departments and institutes.
• Participants from outside educational institutions are allowed in all roles except acting and directing.
• Submissions are accepted from:
o Theater departments in Faculties of Arts
o Faculties of Fine Arts
o Similar colleges and institutes offering theater studies or related arts such as music, visual arts.
Participation Conditions:
• Performances will be reviewed after the application deadline.
o Reviews will be conducted through live presentations with music, set, and costume sketches, or via an online link for previously staged performances.
• Performance duration must be between 45 and 75 minutes.
• Short Performance duration must be between 15 and 30 minutes.
• Joint productions between academic entities are allowed, provided the main institution is the one the director and at least half the cast belong to.
• Accepted troupes must submit a technical file detailing the performance requirements at least one month before the festival’s start date.
• Accepted troupes are required to submit a portfolio including the director’s and troupe’s biographies, supported with images, advertisements, posters, and a pamphlet for the performance at least one month before the festival’s start date.
• International participants are responsible for their own travel expenses to and from Alexandria.
• The festival will cover accommodation, meals, and local transportation in Alexandria for performances coming from outside Egypt.
• Troupes must notify the festival administration at least two weeks prior to the festival with the names of their delegation members, specifying each individual’s role in the production.
