- **Event Description**: Join us Sunday 9th of November for a Warrior Style Healing day. 

Starting off the day with a warm welcome and some confidence coaching. Overcoming the obstacles in the mind can be life changing seeing things from a new perspective can shift your reality. The group hypnotherapy healing will be to support the mind in making these deeper rooted changes. Flowing out into our daily life more naturally confident individuals. 
We will raise the energy for a big release with some Shamanic Breathwork with drums. Creating the opportunity to let the body release old energy stuck in the cells. A optional sharing circle for anything you want to speak about, to be witnessed in your healing, to be heard and supported. 

This will all be followed by a trip round to the Hot Tottie Sauna on Luss Beach where we will also be in and out of the water for our cold water therapy. We can build a fire ? and you’re welcome to stay as long as you please at that point. 

This is a day for experienced warriors and for beginners - All are welcome to join us! 

The spaces are limited when it’s an indoor event plus limited spaces booked for the sauna so be quick if you want to join us. 

Bring with you the usual - 
Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, anything cosy. Wear warm Cosy clothes with swimsuit underneath to make life easier. 

Cold water stuff, towel, chair, swimsuit, water shoes, big coat or dryrobe, hot water bottle, flask, snacks. 

Limited Parking ?️ at the venue. Some may need to park in the larger car parks and walk to the village hall. Arrive early to avoid stress.
