Relax restore calm and de-stress at our Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra event led by Paige.

In this deeply restorative session therapeutic sounds will send you into a deeply relaxed state. The sound waves provide a 'sonic massage' to your physical self and subtle energy fields leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

All that is required of you is that you relax in a reclined supported position and allow the healing sounds and vibrations of singing bowls and gongs to bathe over you.

About this workshop:

You’ll start with a short session of discussion then grounding through a body scan and breath work exploring the senses and emotions to relax the entire body and heal the heart.

You will be guided by your teachers soothing voice and absorb healing vibrations through a collection of sound bowls; crystals and metal tones.

Class will start on time so please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class time.

This meditation is for all levels of experience and anyone who is looking to calm their busy 'monkey mind'. You will learn about the reasons for the steps in meditation as well as in this practice and how it helps develop clarity and peace that lasts long after the class.

This practice has been used to successfully aid insomnia anxiety depression trauma PTSD pain and jet lag due to travel.

Paige is certified to lead Divine Sleep®Yoga Nidra (by Jennifer Reis) and is also 500 E-RYT Kripalu Yoga & Meditation teacher.
