Resting in Abundance Gong Bath

Pause, reflect, and embrace the abundance as we flow from the summer to winter. This is a natural time to release the efforts from the season of growth and reflect on our abundance as we turn toward the winter season where we tend to move our attention inwards.

This gong bath will include a guided meditation as we settle in to the deeply relaxing sounds of the gong and crystal bowls.
