To continue promoting health and fitness, Frolick Dogs will conduct quarterly group fitness walks where dogs and owners may participate at their own individual skill level.

Participation is FREE with each walk being 1.5-2 miles longs followed by light refreshments and social time.

Q1: Sun Mar 22 @ 2pm, Fort Ward Park
Q2: Sat Jun 6 @ 2pm, Huntley Meadows Park 3 (S Kings Hwy)
Q3: Sat Sept 12 @ 2pm, Oronoco Bay Park / Alexandria Waterfront
Q4: Sun Nov 8 @ 2pm, Fort Hunt Park (5k Turkey Trot option)
