Monthly Meditation & Community Night

Join us for meditation and meaningful connection. A welcoming space for mindfulness, community, and peaceful evenings. No experience needed.

Monthly Meditation & Community Night
Come for an evening of guided meditation followed by conversation and tea, hosted by Susan Bernhardt. Susan also may offer a brief teaching from Ayurveda (India's holistic health science), yoga philosophy, or other Eastern wisdom traditions. Everyone is welcome—whether you’re an experienced meditator or simply curious to explore meditation in a relaxed, supportive setting.

There’s no charge. If you like, bring nibbles to share. Tea will be provided.

There are a few chairs and bolsters available. You are welcome to bring your own meditation cushion.
