About the Author:
A graduate of the University of Cambridge, Hilary has lived in four countries, trekked across cultures, and even hiked Rim to Rim in the Grand Canyon in a single day. Whether she’s on a mountaintop, a stage, or in a boardroom, she brings boundless energy, unshakable presence, and the deep belief that vulnerability is a superpower, not a liability.

Hilary partners with Fortune 200 companies to elevate talent, ignite leadership, and build cultures of trust and bold alignment. She is a self-declared "Energizer Bunny" for purpose and possibility—watching people light up when they reconnect to their own potential is her favorite part of the job. Hilary is also a Master Facilitator for The Virtues Project™ and President Elect for National Speakers Association SoCal.
