This one-day Horses & Humans workshop explores presence, boundaries, and communication through guided observation and gentle ground-based interaction with horses.

It is not a riding clinic.
It is not horse training.
It is not a vague “horse as mirror” experience.
It is a grounded, professionally facilitated workshop led by a psychotherapist, executive/life coach, and equine studies graduate with a focus on equine behaviour.

Ce n’est pas une clinique d’équitation.

C’est un atelier concret, structuré et animé par une professionnelle ayant une expérience en psychothérapie, en coaching exécutif et de vie, ainsi qu’une formation universitaire en études équines, avec une spécialisation en comportement équin.
