- **Event Description**: Healthy Communication with Team Members: How to use the Eagala model to communicate clearly, effectively, and with equality

Join us for this two-hour workshop that can not only help Eagala teams work together in the best way possible, but can improve any team dynamics through utilization of Eagala skillsets and self-awareness. You will leave this workshop with clear steps you can take to help your team communication be more effective, and will learn ways to check in with yourself to notice your own reactions. Leaders, coaches, mental health professionals, and horse people will appreciate taking this step into the Eagala-model concepts to help them strengthen their ability to work on a team.

This workshop is experiential by design. We will be working with horses as our co-facilitators to learn about team dynamics and how to incorporate Eagala skillsets to help your team be the best version of itself. 

Please dress for the weather. This event is rain or shine as we have indoor spaces available to us. We recommend bringing a refillable water bottle. 

Close toed shoes are required to participate in activities with the horses. No horseback riding is involved.
