Beginning with gentle movement, then guided meditation, and culminating with a soundbath where harmonic frequencies help clear energy blockages and induce relaxation.The August Full Moon, traditionally known as the Sturgeon Moon, marks a time when these ancient fish were most readily caught in the Great Lakes. It symbolizes abundance and the importance of harvesting what nourishes us while releasing what doesn't serve our highest good.This moon phase encourages us to ask: What am I ready to release? What new energies am I ready to welcome?
