- **Event Description**: Join me for a special morning of shamanic breathwork and meditation journey with sound. As a group, we will create an intention for connecting more deeply to ourselves and to our hidden gift that is connected to our highest potential.

We begin with opening sacred space with the four directions followed by shamanic breathwork designed to remove obstacles, resistance and move the ego out of the way. This breathwork is active, requiring movement and kriyas. 

Then settle into gentle breath, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing deep relaxation and blocks to be released or cleared. Throughout the journey we will use the power of this gentle circular nose breathing to create an expansive field of awareness and release blocks so that we may shift the mind, body, emotions to be in alignment of who we truly are.

A shamanic journey is what happens when meditation meets storytelling. Through tapping into different brainwave states through guided relaxation, the journeyer is brought into a storyboard of meeting different characters, archetypes or symbols. The nuggets of information perceived during the journey offers valuable insights and avenues of overcoming mental, emotional and spiritual roadblocks.

We'll be moving through the waking world (where we are now), lower world (subconscious) and higher realm (higher self, spirit guides, animal guides).

The journey will also include sound such as crystal quartz sound bowls, koshi chimes, rain sticks and drums.

Most importantly, simply know and trust that you are the driver of your experience. All you need to do is remain open, and trust in whatever comes through for you.

The calming effects on your nervous system will last beyond the journey.

About your facilitator:
Lindsay completed 100hr training for Breathwork and Shamanic Meditation with Johnson Chong in 2021 and has led countless workshops and private sessions since.
Lindsay is a certified educator and stockist for Crystal Singing Bowl supplier, Rainbow Sounds. Lindsay teaches people how to be exceptional sound bath practitioners and certifies them via Rainbow Sounds Workshops. She also completed her tuning fork training through the Sound Healing Academy.
