With the Scottish Government confirming a further funding round for 2027, expected to open in early 2027, now is a good time for farmers and crofters to begin considering what options may be suitable for their own businesses.Situated within the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, Shantron provides an excellent setting to look at a range of farmland habitats and discuss how relatively simple changes in management can help improve their value for wildlife.During a guided farm walk, we will visit habitats and areas of the farm that could potentially form part of an AECS application.
