Beer Yoga

Come stretch out with us! The $20 registration fee covers class fees and a post-yoga pint.

What to bring & wear: Yoga mat, bottle of water and towel. Wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in, bend and stretch. The brewery temperature fluctuates with the weather, so it is advised to wear layers.

Class description: Suitable for beginners and experienced students, this yoga class will challenge your balance, strength and flexibility. You will be guided through basic and advanced yoga poses, and learn breathing techniques to help alleviate physical tension and mental stress. All levels welcome!
