If you have been curious about 5Rhythms and/or Internal Family Systems, come along to this taster and experience how well these two modalities compliment each other. We will dance through the 5Rhythms map of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. The class will combine the 5Rhythms practice with Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles. We will explore the IFS concept of internal "parts" and connect with the core "Self," helping participants become more present and centered. Through embodied movement we will gain an insight into how these parts interact, leading to deeper self-compassion and more authentic relationships.
Come, let's dive into our fluid bodies to soften, to express, to dissolve and come home. Here we find freedom and compassion for all our parts.
All welcome, no dance or IFS experience necessary - start just where you are now - whatever that looks like.
