Tuesday 21 April – Yarck Hall

4.30 – 5.30 pm – Yoga Session One
5.30 – 6.30 pm – Light shared meal + warm drink / soothing cocoa
6.30 – 7.30 pm – Yoga Session Two
Come for one class, or stay for the whole evening.

You’re also welcome to stay back after the first class for a chat, or come early before the second class to enjoy some food and warm drinks with others. It’s a nice chance to slow down and connect.

We’ll be serving non‑refined cocoa, warm drinks and a simple healthy meal — great for calming the nervous system and warming up on cooler evenings.

If you have a yoga mat, please bring it along. If not, don’t worry — still come.
