This breath is designed to help you release and heal old stagnant emotions, trauma and limiting beliefs which no longer serve you. What is Rapé? (Pronouced Ra'peh)After the ice bath, before the Breathwork you will be offered a small dose of Rapé (optional) to assist you with the integration and closing of your journey. Rapé is a plant medicine native to South America containing mild psychotropic constituents. This smokeless Tobacco product is inhaled using a specialized serving tool administered by Trent, which offers grounding and clarity of mind. This plant medicine has been used for thousands of years for sacred and spiritual practices, which provides many physical and psychological benefits. The session is accompanied by sound and guided meditation to deepen your experience and adequate time for integration and the necessary unfolding of your journey. In this intimate, small group of participants of up to 15 people only, you will be guided through a Breathwork Session with love, grace and care and supported on your journey the entire time.
