We are launching our first run on Friday 7th November and hope to see as many people there as we can! 

There's absolutely no pressure on hitting a certain pace. You can walk, run or sprint and we will meet back at the same time for a dip and a coffee!

Time - 4:45am arrival (5am run start time) 

Duration - 20mins out, 20mins back

What to bring - your wonderful selves, friends, family, swimmers and a towel (for a post run dip of course)
