Join us for a free photography event at Layla Rose Ranch Equine Rescue!
On Saturday, April 25th at 9am, the gates of Layla Rose Ranch Equine Rescue in Annetta, Texas are opened up for us for a morning of photography among some of the most charming four-legged residents around. Come spend time with the ranch's adorable miniature donkeys — curious, expressive, and endlessly photogenic — as well as the not-so-miniature horses who share their home. Whether you're a seasoned photographer or just love animals and a good photo opportunity, this is a morning you won't want to miss.
This event is completely free and open to all skill levels & all ages! Bring whatever camera you have — a DSLR, a phone, or anything in between — and get ready to capture some truly unforgettable portraits. This ranch setting provides a beautiful, natural backdrop, and the animals are accustomed to visitors, making for relaxed and authentic shots. Space may be limited, so be sure to secure your spot early.
Layla Rose Ranch Equine Rescue is a place of rescue, care, and love for animals who need it, with the aim at finding their forever home.
Attending this event is a wonderful way to support their mission while connecting with the community and creating lasting memories — both in your camera roll and your heart.
We are happily encouraging donations to the ranch.
No tripods needed, and lenses from wide to telephoto are recommended…as is footwear suitable for “horse life” ;)
