There is not a hexi in sight with this workshop! So you may be familiar with English Paper Piecing (EPP) and you may have seen many pieces of EPP work made out of hexagons, but this workshop explores just how many shapes you can create to use for EPP, resulting in unique and stunning patterns! Utilising only 4 different fabric colours, you will explore colour placement to demonstrate flow.
The day will run from 10am-3pm and cost £50. Your ‘bring list’ only requires 4 long quarters/fat quarters of fabric. Full details will be provided on booking.
I am pleased to welcome Sara Morrison who will be teaching this class. Sara is a huge bundle of fun and this class is sure to follow her personality! Sara has explored lots of different crafts and, having taken her City & Guilds in Patchwork and Quilting, it inspired her to look at textiles, stitch and design in a new way and to expand, develop and experiment in her work. Sara loves to share her knowledge – she thinks of herself as a sharer rather than a teacher!
