🧪🚀 S.T.E.A.M Day: Mad Scientist Egg Rocket Launch! 🚀🧪

Put on your lab goggles and unleash your inner mad scientist! During this hands-on S.T.E.A.M Day, participants will explore science in action as they design, build, and launch egg rockets on the library patio.

Young scientists will experiment with force, motion, and trajectory while testing their creations and making adjustments to improve their launches. This exciting outdoor activity encourages curiosity, problem-solving, and teamwork—all while having a blast (literally)!

Expect plenty of experimenting, a little mess, and lots of scientific fun as we turn the patio into our very own rocket launch site.

The Thursday After School Program is for students currently enrolled in grades 4th - 6th. The program runs on Thursdays from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. unless otherwise announced. Planned activities are subject to change. Students must be enrolled online or in person at the Library by a parent or guardian to attend. Students are expected to follow program expectations of behavior. Parents and/or Guardians are responsible for ensuring that students understand and follow the program expectations of behavior.
