4th - 6th After-School Program: Art Day: May Day Baskets

May Day Baskets is a creative craft activity where students design and decorate small baskets to celebrate spring and spread kindness. Students fill their baskets with handmade notes or small treats to share with others, encouraging thoughtfulness, creativity, and community connection. This activity helps build fine motor skills, self-expression, and positive social values in a fun, seasonal way.

The Thursday After School Program is for students currently enrolled in grades 4th - 6th. The program runs on Thursdays from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. unless otherwise announced. Planned activities are subject to change. Students must be enrolled online or in person at the Library by a parent or guardian to attend. Students are expected to follow program expectations of behavior. Parents and/or Guardians are responsible for ensuring that students understand and follow the program expectations of behavior.
