Sound baths are coming to Inkberrow Village Hall.

Not another thing to get right.

Just a space to lie down, get comfortable, and let your body be supported by sound.

Because most of us aren’t actually tired because we’re “bad at rest”…
we’re tired because we haven’t had the right conditions to truly switch off.

This is where that changes.

Using multiple therapeutic instruments from crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, to gongs and natural percussion, these sessions are designed to help your body drop out of constant alert mode, softening tension, quietening the mental noise, and bringing you back to something steadier.

And this isn’t just a one-off.

This is a seasonal series.

What to bring:
Something comfortable to lie on, blankets, layers, a pillow, and anything that helps you feel properly supported. Eye mask optional. Water definitely recommended.

A gentle note:
If you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, or have any implanted medical devices (such as a pacemaker), please check with your healthcare provider before attending. You’re also very welcome to message me if you’re unsure.
