Leading Others – Workshop Series April 2026
Total HRM’s Leading Others program is a practical, evidence-based leadership development program designed for managers, supervisors and emerging leaders who want the confidence, capability and clarity to lead people well.
Whether you’re new to leadership or looking to develop new skills to get the most from your team, Leading Others is designed to set you up for success. Developed on the foundations of our own leadership journeys, this program shares best-practice methods drawn from real experience, supported by globally recognised HR development tools including DiSC and the WRAW (Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing) Index.
Delivered locally in Albury-Wodonga and grounded in real workplace application, participants gain practical tools they can use immediately within their teams and organisations.
