Do you want more energy, physical flexibility, increased emotional and physical benefits? Then, put on your comfortable clothes and come join us! This class taught by Laurie Roop is based on very slow and controlled movements of the Chinese martial arts. Gentle and easy to learn. Any level of ability is welcome. No prior experience is necessary.  Just a reminder: Doors close promptly at 9:30 am.
