Yes please! Yupo is a smooth, slick, waterproof, paper-like surface. Unlike traditional painting surfaces, paint slips and slides across yupo – leading to bold brushwork, fluid imagery, and a uniquely fun painting experience. Bring a reference photo of an image you'd like to paint (figure, animal, still life, landscape – anything goes!). We'll follow a simple 3 step process to explore the beautiful potential of this unique medium. No painting experience necessary – experienced painters as well as brand new beginners with leave the workshop with a completed painting, fresh ideas, and a clear understanding of the unique properties of pairing oil and yupo.Age / Skill Level:Teens (15-19) and adults (20 and up). Suitable for beginners, practicing artists, andeducators.Schedule:Saturday December 13th: 10am-4pmSunday December 14th: 10am-4pm*There will be a scheduled break in halfway through the sessionMaterials(What to Bring):Supply List1 photo reference – Bring a printed photo (approx 8x10 if possible) of any subject you'd like to paint.
