NMRA reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements. You will be notified if this occurs. Your book will be mailed to the first address provided in your registration process. Please review the ServSafe book in its entirety. It will take at least 5-7 hours to review 10 chapters. We recommend reviewing the material thoroughly in order to gain a better understanding of concepts you that may be new to you. PLEASE STUDY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND COME TO CLASS WITH QUESTIONS. Once you have paid the registration fee, a 7th edition ServSafe Manager Book will be sent by US priority mail to the address listed on the registration within 2 business days of payment receipt. The address you enter in the first section of your registration is where your book will be mailed. If there are special mailing instructions, please use the "special requests" section. Please note that the registration for this class is not confirmed until payment is received. A textbook will be sent only upon confirmed payment. For information about Food Handler Card Classes, please contact NMRA at 505-343-9848. It is not required to complete both the ServSafe Manager level certification and the Food Handler course.
