A strong food‑safety culture starts with a certified leader at the helm. The ServSafe Manager Course delivers that foundation in a focused, full‑day format, combining the ServSafe Manager textbook with approved video instruction to cover the essentials every operator is expected to know. Participants who pass the exam earn a nationally recognized ServSafe Manager Certification from NRA Solutions, valid for five years.

Payment, Confirmation, and Cancellation Information
Cancellations occurring within less than 7 business days of a scheduled class are NOT eligible for a refund.
Reschedules occurring within less than 7 business days of a scheduled class are subject to a rescheduling fee.
NMRA reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements. You will be notified if this occurs.
Your book will be mailed to the first address provided in your registration process.
Please review the ServSafe book in its entirety. It will take at least 5-7 hours to review 10 chapters. We recommend reviewing the material thoroughly in order to gain a better understanding of concepts you that may be new to you. PLEASE STUDY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND COME TO CLASS WITH QUESTIONS. Once you have paid the registration fee, a 7th edition ServSafe Manager Book will be sent by US priority mail to the address listed on the registration within 2 business days of payment receipt. The address you enter in the first section of your registration is where your book will be mailed. If there are special mailing instructions, please use the "special requests" section.
Please note that the registration for this class is not confirmed until payment is received. A textbook will be sent only upon confirmed payment.
For information about Food Handler Card Classes, please contact NMRA at 505-343-9848. It is not required to complete both the ServSafe Manager level certification and the Food Handler course.
Special Requests: This class will be taught in English, Spanish test booklets give the questions in English and Spanish side by side. However, if the attendee has any additional accomdations please leave it under "Special Requests" when completing your registration, and someone from our office will follow up.
