While the format is rooted in tradition, pieces created in this course need not adhere to religious motifs. Retablos in this class can be playful, whimsical, and symbolic in other ways that showcase the artist's unique vision. Wooden retablo panels will be provided, allowing the focus to remain on painting techniques, pattern creation, and visual storytelling.Age / Skill Level:Teens (15-19) and adults (20 and up).
