Gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, wave drum, etc. bring your mind into the present moment, clearing stress and distraction, soothe the nervous system, improve mood, and can help anyone to unplug (to recharge!) from our daily routine and concerns. This free community offering provides respite from the barrage of external and personal distractions and stressors we're all exposed to. Plus, the contemplative and beautiful atmosphere of the historic St. John's feels good and sounds great. And we love having you!There's no need to print out or show tickets! Just come as you are.
