Completing an Advance Healthcare Directive Workshop

Planning ahead helps ensure your healthcare wishes are known and respected.

This hands-on workshop is designed to guide participants through the process of completing an Advance Healthcare Directive. The session will include discussion of key topics related to healthcare decision-making and provide time and support to help you begin or finish your own document and clearly express your individual wishes.

This workshop is practical, informative, and intended to motivate participants to take this important step in planning for the future.
