Sheila's Island by Tim Firth

Four work colleagues set off on a team-building survival weekend—but when their boat capsizes, they find themselves stranded on a remote island with no phone signal, no supplies, and plenty of unresolved tensions. As hunger, fear and hilarious misunderstandings take hold, alliances shift and true personalities emerge.
